The existing customer portal site was looking outdated and the UI didn't easily allow for the addition of new features, which management were keen to add.
I was tasked with the massive job of revamping the portal, organising all the online account management features in a way that would make sense to users, and redesigning the UI to match the new Jeenee Mobile brand identity.
The existing portal was built using AngularJS, and the code was fairly solid. We decided to work around the existing code rather than start from scratch. This caused a few issues when the new design clashed with the way the existing code was written, but I believe overall we came out ahead.
